You are stay in a beautifully restored watermill "De Hoogmolen"
(www.hoogmolen.be) according to the Bed & Breakfast formula, amid ponds and nature of Peer.

Saturday morning from 10.00 till 13.00 and Sunday from 10.00 till 17.00 hours you have class with
Theo De Gelaen a renowned Qi Gong grandmaster with international reputation and more than 20 years of experience.

With him you will learn to:

- Relax yourself completely
- What you can do with that relaxation
- Build up your own inner energy
- Send that energy also to others
- Strenghten your resistance and defense mechanism

These lessons are not given in a cold gym, but in the personal private dojo (training hall) of Theo, a few hundred meters from the "Hoogmolen"

Saturday evening you can enjoy a gastronomic 3 course dinner in the "Hoogmolen"

and a nice breakfast Sunday morning

Sunday at noon a tasty bread buffet will be offered you by Theo De Gelaen and his wife.
